Weight loss tip #5 - Plan your meals and shop accordingly

Important one, this.

Create a plan based on what meals you are going to eat for the week. Once you have planned your meals, only buy the food you require for that week.

First off, if you only have your weekly food in the fridge, you can’t be tempted to eat any snacks, as they’ll not be there.

Second, you’ll save money. If you wander around the supermarket willy nilly, putting every food you fancy into your basket, you’ll have access to all the sinful snacks your heart desires.

So, regardless of whether you do your weekly shop online or you’re old school and actually shop at the supermarket, write a shopping list based on your weekly meal requirements and DO NOT deviate from this list.
