It’s very easy to become complacent in weight loss that it becomes simple, inevitable and that there’s a natural progression where the weight automatically drops off over time. This just isn’t the case - it truly is hard work and every pound loss is a small, personal victory. However, there are milestones, which are more significant than “another pound off, folks”!
Such a milestone is losing 6 stone. Not only does it mean I am now a whole stone over half way to my target, but it also means I am the lightest I have been since leaving University some 10 years ago. I could go into another round of comparisons - 6 stone is the equivalent of this and that, however I have to eat breakfast and get out on the bike!
For the record, I weigh 16 stone 2.8 - 6 stone and 1lb off.
