This tip isn’t just a weight loss tip, it’s a time saving tip AND an energy saving tip. Instead of shallow frying your food (such as fish or chicken), get a George Foreman Grill. It takes 5 minutes to warm up and 10-12 minutes to grill a chicken breast. Not only that, all the fat runs off into a trough that can be emptied.

Even if you cook your food in an oven, preheating an oven to 220 and then baking your food for 25-30 minutes is a lot more expensive and time consuming than using the George Foreman Grill. Not only that, the food comes out tasting superb and is as whole lot less fatty than if you fried it or even baked it in the oven.
